INSULATE YOUR ATTIC for SAVINGS on ELECTRICITY
There is still time to apply to have your attic insulated for free. An insulated attic helps to cut down on the electricity used to air condition or heat a house. The grant is free to any home owner whose house is in South Miami. Please contact
South Miami Community Outreach Coordinator
James McCants at
5825 SW 68 Street, Ste 4, or
(305) 668-7237.
I applied and was approved for the grant program. Thus, in about a week, the crawl space above most of my house will be insulated for free.

RENTAL ASSISTANCE (repeated)

The ERAP 2.3 provides rental payment assistance for up to 12 months in arrears, if you meet certain income qualifications and are experiencing financial hardship as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. The amount of rental assistance you receive will depend on the amount of unpaid rent.
